Being the first point of contact between prospects and Dale Carnegie
Making outbound prospecting calls
Responding to inbound leads
Attend networking and marketing events
Building initial relationships around wants, needs and goals
Meeting with business leaders to discuss their talent objectives
Meeting with participants and prospects to conduct 1-on-1 assessment and goal setting sessions
Conducting internal and external workshops to bring visibility to Dale Carnegie
Providing ongoing follow-up for customer support
