Sales Associate Job Opening in Shreveport, Louisiana - PioneerRx Pharmacy Software in Shreveport, LA, is seeking a Sales Associate to provide support to the Pharmaceutical Software Sales team and assist in the day-to-day interactions with our prospective clients throughout the sales cycle. After a two-year period, a successful candidate will transition into a full time Pharmaceutical Software Sales Representative.
Responsibilities
Identify and assign prospective clients obtained through incoming phone calls and Internet inquiries
Utilize Software to track potential client interest, schedule meetings, document customer contacts, etc.
Provide knowledgeable, in-depth answers to questions about software features and functionality
Gain and maintain product and competitive knowledge utilizing PioneerRx resources including organized training, internal technical contacts, and management team
Assist the PioneerRx sales team with other administrative support when needed
Key Qualifications
Bachelor?s in Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing or related degree.
2+ years of sales and customer service experience preferred
Excellent phone communication skills, including a professional and confident speaking tone
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel as needed
Proficient in using technology including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (or equivalent), iOS, Social Media, and the Internet
