General Sales Manager Job Opening in Watertown, Massachusetts - OVERVIEW
Large metro VW dealer is looking for a successful General Sales Manager to take their team to the next level.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manager all showroom activities for a large sales team.
Forecast goals and objectives both new and used on a monthly basis.
Get involved with customers to determine their needs, discuss vehicle options and assist staff in closing deals.
Oversee and manage the entire sales department, new vehicles, used vehicles and F & I.
Conduct weekly sales meetings as well as train the staff on a daily basis.
Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and role playing.
Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of all sales employees.
Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by monitoring and maintaining our CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record of success in high volume at an Import/Domestic Automotive Franchise.
Deep understanding of new vehicle sales operations.
Commitment to growing a successful used vehicle operation.
Highly competitive individual who wants to succeed.
Experience with CDK and CDK CRM a plus.
Steady work history.
