Romp n' Roll is Omaha's leading play-based educational program for children and their parents. Romp n? Roll offers a wide variety of fun and educational gym, art, and music classes to children three months through five years old. Additionally, Romp n? Roll offers birthday parties and special programs such as Kids? Night Out and Mom?s Morning Out at our centers.
OVERVIEW
As a Membership Desk Coordinator, you will supervise the operations of our Membership Desk. Our Membership Desk Associates greet visitors, assist customers, and build relationships with our members. Additionally, Membership Desk Associates are responsible for communicating member benefits, enrolling new members, party reservations, answering phone calls, and administrative tasks.
Teachers, preschool and daycare instructors, actors, musicians and other performers have all thrived in our environment. This is one of the most fun and rewarding jobs you will ever have! HOURS & AVAILABILITY
Approximately 30 hours per week. Seeking candidates available to work days and evenings as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum experience: ?
1+ years instructional experience with children ages 0-5 years ?
1+ years membership and/ or retail sales?
1+ years customer service environment
Management or supervision experience preferred
REQUIREMENTS As a Romp n' Roll Team Member, you will be required to: ?
