Ashley HomeStore Sales Associate are:
Selling and up-selling high-end furniture, bedding, and accessories to our valued customers
Engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the utmost integrity
Adding value to our creative and dedicated sales team
Maximizing all opportunities in the process of closing a sale
Building trust, and developing long lasting relationships with your customers
Generating leads through follow-up calls and emails to your current and past customers
Requirements for the job position:
Possess strong selling and customer service skills
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Associates Degree(preferred)
Exudes high energy and positive attitude
The ability to multi-task, and manage time effectively
Basic computer literacy
Previous retail sales and/or server experience (preferred)
Willingness to work weekends
