Great Western Building Systems is led by the most successful and experienced Pre Engineered Metal Building experts. Founded in late 2016, we've already contracted over $1,000,000.00 in sales and we're only getting started. This was accomplished with a skeleton crew of 2 sales representatives. We're ready to bring on an additional 7.
We provide the highest quality steel buildings on the market. Our Lifetime Structural Warranty is one of a kind in our industry. We believe in our product, and our customers love us for it.
Our pricing is comparable to buildings that offer Limited 1 Year Manufacturers Warranties. Our sales reps get to offer a superior product at a competitive price point that is affordable to any budget.
Your Compensation
We believe that the key to our success is your success. While money isn't everything, it sure doesn't hurt. We pay 20% of the contracted profit amount to our salespeople. Selling 2-3 buildings per month is a recipe for a near 6 figure income. Top reps in this industry sell upwards of 6 buildings on a monthly basis. The money is there for those who are hungry enough to get it.
$10/Hr guaranteed minimum income
20% commissions (DOE)

The Job
Never cold call again! We have more leads than we know what to do with. These are people that WANT to buy the products we supply. All we ask of you is that you give them the attention that they deserve and help them make a great decision.
Initially, you will be responsible for setting the closing appointments only. Either the Sales Manager or Vice President will handle closing your deals while you learn the ropes of our industry. Get the customer excited and we'll take it from there.
What does success look like on a daily basis?
50-80 Dials
5-8 Appointments Set
20-40 Emails
If you can do this consistently, and utilize the training that we provide, you could easily sell 3 buildings per month.
