National Auto Reconditioning Company is looking for a Working Detail Manger responsible for the overall operations of our Detail Shop in Sioux Falls, SD. We are looking for someone that has management, leadership and team building experience in a production style setting. The ideal candidate would have experience in: auto detailing, customer relations, and working well with customers to provide exceptional service. This position does require meeting tight deadlines, providing leadership to employees, providing excellent quality of work to meet demands of customers, and maintaining our high standards of our corporate image. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Employee management (supervise employees) 2-3 employees
High level of customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sense of urgency in meeting deadlines
Maintain staff recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training employees
Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
Planning, measuring, and monitoring, performance results
Review assignments with supervisor and ensure understanding of work required
MUST HAVE THESE REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 6 months supervisory experience
Auto Detailing Experience
Pass Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check and MVR
