Healthcare- Research Regulatory Coordinator Job Opening in Yorktown Heights, New york - Prepare IRB modification and renewal submissions.
Provide regulatory documentation to study sponsors, assist with the consent form approval process, assist with the internal audits of regulatory documents of protocols on a regular basis and maintain regulatory files.
Update spreadsheets tracking study submissions, IRB approvals, yearly review timelines, study personnel listings, account numbers, consent from versions, patient numbers and enrollment.
Assist research manger with budget documents and obtaining contracts, invoicing sponsors and maintain invoice records. Interact appropriately with the IRB,PI,Clinical Trails Office, sponsors and CRO's as needed.
Assist research Manger with start-up applications, processes, as appropriate.
Ensure regulatory binders are complete and up to date; execute and adhere to clinical research protocols.
