As the Inside Sales Call Center Manager, you will lead the call center team to deliver the best customer experience while meeting sales and revenue targets. You?ll motivate the team, developing their skills and abilities, create and implement process improvement strategies, and you?ll champion the team to meet goals. SunPro is evolving and you will play a highly visible role in the future success of the business.
Responsibilities
· Develop coach and lead the inside sales team to build a winning culture in our high-growth environment.
· Find and implement process improvement opportunities.
· Meet revenue goals as we try to turn the world green!
· Manage, develop, and implement sales quality and attack with integrity strategic action
· Assess common questions that incoming leads ask and ensure team is armed to handle those.
· Staff daily operations to run effectively and efficiently.
· Drive call center efficiencies through effective staffing, call handling, attendance, and technology utilization.
· Create and implement local training initiatives and employee communications.
· Be an expert in your field?. track emerging trends in sales call center operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in business, administration, management or any related field.
A minimum of six years of sales/inside sales experience, with at least 4+ years as a supervisor, preferably in a fast-paced sales center.
Working knowledge of common software (MS Office Suite, )

Experience thinking critically about process, recommending a solution, and implementing it.
Demonstrated high energy and positive attitude with the ability to motivate and maintain high morale amongst the teams.
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
Strong capacity to balance competing priorities, makes sound decisions within and outside of established policies, and provides deliverables on time.
Ability to travel when required.
