Accounting Clerk Job Opening in Lombard, Illinois - Wonderful job opportunity available at Auto Driveaway in Lombard, IL. We are in search of an Accounting Clerk.
Job Summary:
Reviews and enters daily expense reports submitted by company owned offices. Maintains driver contact information relevant to the 1099 process. Maintains account payable files. Performs month-end closing tasks in a timely manner.
Special Qualifications, Education or Licenses:
Some college preferred.
Exposure to accounts payable.
Knowledge of Excel and Outlook essential.
Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.
This is an entry level position. You must be a self-starter and able to self-manage the daily work flow.
