As a Housing Consultant you will be servicing clients who visit our Retail model center and be a highly valued Sales Representative position. After understanding the client's lifestyle goals and project requirements, you will show and demonstrate our model homes, and continue to guide the client through the full custom home design and selection process. After earning the business over a number of appointments with the home buyer, you will be their Account Executive throughout the build process working with the rest of our financing and construction team. You will have an opportunity to make a difference in peoples? lives, to truly touch people where they live, by giving them a custom built dream home to live in.
At Tri-Point Homes we need to enhance our professional sales team and are looking for ethical individuals with 3+ years commissioned sales experience. In your new career as one of our Housing Consultants, you will $EARN$ an average personal sales commission of $5,000 PER turnkey project, with no income limit PLUS a base salary and some bonuses.
To earn the $5,000 average per home, you will receive WALK-INs, in addition to phone and internet inquiries, and your own networking. Your 5 day work week will include most Saturdays, our busiest day. A comprehensive PAID training program that leverages our 45 years of SUCCESSFUL business experience will be provided, as will an optional EQUITY investment opportunity ? but only for the right individual!
