Van Been Natural Science, a family owned company in Orange City, Iowa, is looking for a hands-on leader to fill the Chief Financial Officer Chief Financial Officer will develop and implement people and process improvements, develop the financial well-being of the organization by overseeing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff.
As part of our team, you will:
Have responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company
Prepare reports to summarize and forecast company business activity and financial positions
Work with the leadership team in the strategic planning process
Experience and Strenths:
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA is a plus
CPA strongly desired
10 or more years of progressive experience
Manufacturing industry experience required
Demonstrate leadership and process improvement skills
Knowledge of GAAP accounting, financial statements, and internal controls
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
