ACCOUNT MANAGER-SALES Job Opening in los angeles, California - ACCOUNT MANAGER-SALES We are TABLETOPS UNLIMUATED - a leading import company located in Carson. We are seeking an Account Manager for our fast paced Sales Department. The position requires assisting sales reps and sales directors who interact with buyers and planners from all retail tiers. This is not a sales position but an Account Manager who will assistant our most precious asset - our vendors, who are our customers. VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED WITH NO DUI Duties Include: *Managing multiple vendor customer accounts and working closely with the sales director to implement and execute tasks * This position is responsible for all aspects of customer service and follow through * The chosen candidate must have proven capabilities to interact with various levels of associates and senior management *Strong multi-tasking abilities are needed to successfully handle duties in a timely manner * Requires the ability to coordinating customer requests with numerous internal teams * Organizing and maintaining customer records * May run errands or take TTU customers to various stores carrying our merchandise Job Requirements: * 1-2 yrs. experience in retail sales/customer service * Must have valid driver license - NO DUI's * Ability to communicate effectively * Good with numbers - light accounting skills * Quick trouble shooting and problem solving skills * Must be detail oriented and possess strong time management skills * Must have an aggressive self-starter attitude in responding to urgent issues * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required * Must be able to work independently & interact professionally with members of management team SALARY: Based on experience $16 to $18 hourly.
