Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Job Opening in Dover, Delaware - The Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) provides extraordinary care and treatment to patients in the cardiology clinical setting. The responsibilities of the NP or PA include: Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients? health care condition and needs. Services provided by the Cardiology NP or PA may include stress tests, and other advanced diagnostic and therapeutic functions related to cardiac patients. This professional works in collaboration with cardiologists to develop a plan and goals for patient to ensure the best possible outcome for our patients in the Central Delaware locations of Dover, Milford and Smyrna.

Minimum Requirements
? Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant
? Eligible for state Controlled Substance License
? Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V
? This position requires verifiable current Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer CPR certification. An original card must be verified prior to start date or the job offer will be withdrawn.
? Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

? Hearing/Listening, Manual Dexterity, Lifting, Pulling/Pushing, Seeing, Speaking
Preferred Qualifications
? Applicable certification from a recognized certifying organization such as American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC), the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or you must graduate from a program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) as a Physician Assistant Program, preferably a certified PA after having passed the Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam (PANCE)
