Account Representative Job Opening in Newark, Delaware - Established healthcare billing company seeks highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to assist patients in applying for medical assistance on behalf of our client facility. Qualified applicant must:
- be able to learn and work with Medicaid eligibility regulations (previous Medicaid experience is helpful)
- deal professionally with patients in an office/hospital setting
- be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- be detail oriented and be able to multitask
- have exceptional customer service skills and excellent verbal, written, communication and organizational skills
Work schedule: Monday ? Friday, 8:00 am ? 4:30 pm.
Applicant must pass a criminal background check and drug screen prior to start. Minimum high school diploma or GED, physical exam, PPD screen and immunization records are also required. Equal Opportunity Employer.
