Bilingual Account Representative Job Opening in Newark, Delaware - Established healthcare billing company seeks highly motivated bilingual individual with excellent customer service skills to assist patients in applying for medical assistance on behalf of our client facility. Qualified applicant must:
- be bilingual (English/Spanish speaking)
- be able to learn and work with Medicaid eligibility regulations (previous Medicaid experience is helpful)
- deal professionally with patients in an office/hospital setting
- be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- be detail oriented and be able to multitask
- have exceptional customer service skills and excellent verbal, written, communication and organizational skills
Work schedule: Monday ? Friday, 8:00 am ? 4:30 pm
