This position is for candidates who are really motivated to make $100K+ and are willing to put in the work to get there. This is a role for someone that is coachable, willing to learn, and looking to make a lot of money. This is a $100k + job - and it requires a $100k + work ethic and mindset.
You will be responsible for a nationwide territory calling on business in many industries to offer Onestop?s products.
Responsibilities:
Hours: 7:45 am to 5:15 pm
Cold call on prospective companies
Get in touch with decision maker, open the account, service the account and build a large database of clients nationwide
Learn, memorize, perfect and constantly practice our presentation, closes, overrides, and Success System That Never Fails
Call clients after you have first sold them to sell them again, and build a long lasting relationship
Use our numbers sheet daily to track your calls, presentations, closes, etc.
Requirements:
#1 Skill - burning desire to succeed and an ability to go the extra mile and produce for the company.
Willingness to learn, be coached and mentored by some of the best.

Compensation:
Start with a base of $36K/year + uncapped commission.
Once commission exceeds salary (typically around month 3 on the job), you will be moved to commission only.
Average earnings for year one with commission only structure = $50-60K/year
Average earnings for year two with commission only structure = $60-120K/year
Top performers have earned as much as $50K/month on commission only structure, this role offers unlimited earning potential!!
