Sales Associate Job Opening in Monroe, Washington - RV Sales Associate
Open Road RV Center is seeking an outgoing, determined, and motivated sales associate at both our Arlington and Monroe locations. Prior sales experience is not a requirement however it is preferred. If you are self-driven and enjoy working with people, this may be a great opportunity for you. This is a full time position.
An ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service with a strong desire to succeed. Basic computer knowledge will be necessary in dealing with our CRM system. Ideal candidates will also have an outgoing personality with expertise at developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance as well as a valid driver?s license with an acceptable driving record. High-energy, positive, and outgoing individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL SUCCEED!!
Job Qualifications:

-Willing to work weekends
-Prior Sales Experience- A plus however it is not required
-Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
-Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Dropbox, CRM, etc.)
-Consistently follow up with internet leads and follow up calls daily
-Valid driver?s license with acceptable driving record
-Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Reliable transportation
-Motivated to gain continuous knowledge on inventory and technology
