What we need:
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager located in Nevada to join our team. This individual would be ?home-based? and responsible for generating sales through in-the-field activities as well as outbound calling efforts. Although this might be obvious, we are looking for believers, not only sales people who will work with us in order to only make money. We are looking for people who love/will love the product they are helping promote, love the company, love the customers, love the brand, and want to make a large and meaningful impact in the company and the cannabis industry.
As a Territory Sales Manager, your job will also include hiring, educating and controlling a sales team based in Nevada.
JOB DUTIES
Call existing customer base, build relationships and generate sales growth.
Maintain product knowledge.
Support and execute marketing initiatives in the State of Nevada.
Active contribution in sales meetings; present trends and market insights to team.
Coordinate emerging administrative tasks.
Hiring, educating and controlling a sales team based in Nevada
Sell advertising space on CannaSOS and sell CannaSOS memberships, as well as sell and consult with customers on custom orders.
Survey the industry and target specific accounts by utilizing published regulatory databases, trade journals/magazines, and other media outlets.
Developing the CannaSOS brand via marketing.
Build relationships with cannabis growers, processors, and dispensaries

QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years of B2B sales and/or sales management history
Exceptional sales ?Hunter? skills
Experience selling advertising space online
History of meeting and/or exceeding 6 figure quotas
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor
Strong time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience in Excel / Word / Outlook / PowerPoint
Experience with a CRM desired (we will train you if not)
History of working successfully
Always follows up
Experience utilizing sales support staff effectively
Not afraid to pick up the phone
Ambitious, competitive, and hungry
Bachelor?s Degree desired
