Job Summary
The Community Manager is responsible for all of the day to day operations. This will require knowledge in fair housing and landlord-tenant laws, marketing, leasing, preparing lease paperwork, processing move-ins and move-outs, accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate and complete records in files and in property management software. Community manager is also responsible for maximizing the property's operating income, hiring, leading and managing a team, and expense control/revenue enhancement. Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Community manager manages resident issues, renewal terms, and maintenance repairs, develops, plans and implements resident retention strategies. Ensures excellent customer service to prospective and current residents, and promotes a quality living experience for all residents. Knowledge in fair housing and landlord-tenant laws is required.

Property management experience is preferred.
