Minimum Requirements:
At least two to five year?s experience in meeting customer needs and responding to customer inquiries
Must be able to communicate, interpret and process information - Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience managing team members and workflow
Experience managing inventory
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Practices
Must have good organizational and computer skills
Experience and/or education using Microsoft Office Applications
Experience entering and retrieving information using database systems
Experience responding to a large volume of email on a daily basis
Ability to work overtime (including weekends) as needed
Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Duties & Responsibilities:
Operations ?
Communicate and coordinate with management at multiple locations regarding seed processing, customer orders and shipment of product
Communication of order status with customers and shipping vendors
Daily planning and tracking of activities to ensure that the warehouse and customer order processing runs smoothly
Arrange incoming and outgoing shipments with traffic vendors
Log customer bookings to assist in upcoming planning
Inventory ?
Responsible for all facets of inventory management
Ensure proper levels of all seed and supplies are on hand to meet customer needs on a timely basis
Placement of orders for seed and associated supplies and/or communicate with management any inventory shortages immediately
Communicate with the warehouse and other personnel on upcoming shipments and transfers of inventory
Customer Service ?
Coordinate all customer service duties to allow for processing wholesale seed orders
Supervise and oversee the Idaho Customer Service Team
Coordinate with the Oregon, Wyoming and Idaho facilities
Other duties as assigned
