Seal Master Corporation has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative. This position will be a part of a small and integral sales team with the opportunity to work with new and existing customers and government solicitations; all while selling an exciting product that solves hundreds of issues, in dozens of industries, every day. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how our products and service can meet these needs
Identify prospective customers by following leads from existing clients, trade shows and conferences
Help customers select materials based on the customers' needs and product specifications and requirements
Emphasize product materials based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
Work directly with Design Engineers to provide design specification sheets to customer for review
Answer and negotiate customer questions about prices, terms of sale and service agreements
Prepare sales contracts and submit product orders for processing and production
Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information regarding selling and marketing strategies
Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their product and answer questions
Key Competencies and Requirements
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Strong technical understanding ? e.g. able to read engineering specification sheets and product drawings
Complete command of English Language ? written and spoken
Active Listener ? ability to interpret what the customer needs and translate it to engineering
High Attention to detail
Strong computer and software skills. Use of fax, phone, email among other programs will be required. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Bravo is a plus

Education and Experience
Bachelor?s Degree in a relevant field of study preferred. Associates Degrees considered with additional relevant work experience
3-5 years of relevant work experience; sales experience in Technical Manufacturing preferred
Experience working with formal Government Solicitations is a plus
Sales Certification (e.g. CPSP, CSE, CSLP) preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
Job Classification ? Salaried, Exempt
Discretionary year-end bonuses based on W-2 wages

The Inside Sales Representative position will be subject to a 90-day introductory period
