TITLE Boxing Club Overland Park 119th is a high-energy fitness club with a team who cares about our members and their journey to health! We offer explosive total body boxing and kick boxing workouts lead by boxing and kick boxing instructors in a fun, positive, and empowering environment.
TITLE Boxing Club Fitness Sales Associate This team member acts as a brand representative and advocate for TITLE Boxing Club and is responsible for driving club membership sales and client services with members. As a member of the TITLE Boxing Club team, the Fitness Sales Associate takes pride in the brand, the product and their co-workers, and works hard to deliver an easy yet compelling fitness experience that leaves our members looking and feeling amazing, inside and out.
Responsibilities:
Marketing and sales related tasks that promote the club and membership sales
Meets sales goals by working independently and as part of a team
Front desk work: handling sales inquiries, member care, retail sales, & operational support
Takes initiative to make things happen
Works at outside events in the Overland Park/Kansas City area to drive brand awareness and stimulate sales
Establishes & maintains effective relationships with employees and members
Drives store sales by authentically suggesting additional items to members to meet their active lifestyle needs
Communicates effectively and responds to the needs and questions of peers and leadership in a timely manner
Understands and follows all company-defined policies and procedures
Stays current on all product knowledge and communicates features and benefits to members to build member knowledge and confidence in the product
Executes and assists with other daily club operations (i.e. cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
Hours:
Available Shifts: Monday-Friday , Saturday/Sunday mornings
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience
Skilled at making quality decisions and follows written and verbal instructions to meet deadlines on tasks and projects
Proven performance in meeting sales goals
Positive attitude
Ability to follow directions
Microsoft Office knowledge including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Avid user and knowledge of Social Media including (but not limited to): Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest
Ability to conduct group presentations and talk to strangers
Ability to receive feedback and to take action when appropriate
Excellent verbal communication skills
Maintains a strong personal commitment to health and fitness
Meet all physical demands required to demonstrate proper use of equipment and fitness techniques, including lifting heavy weights and marketing stands
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Ideal Candidate
Associates degree or further education; or equivalent experience.
Our most successful Sales Associates have an interest in fitness, fashion, health and wellness and enjoy taking on new challenges.
2 years of sales experience in the fitness industry
