We are currently recruiting for a Program Manager for a high profile technology company out of the Philadelphia, PA area. Long term contract to perm hire role.
Details:
Provide leadership guidance to a team of Program & Project managers
Monitor project performance regarding efficiency, quality, technically, and financially
Facilitation of Partner content including team wide alignment on timelines ensuring timely delivery of interdependent work items and develop long-term content strategy to align with partner market needs
Development and management of project plan for long-term pilot base in age-qualified communities with Partners
Semi-weekly stakeholder input on partner projects and communicate tracking against project plan
Coordinate and facilitate weekly/biweekly sessions with internal and external legal counsel to discuss and/or resolve open questions, including but not limited to legal and HIPAA questions
Coordinate ad hoc meetings
Multiple weekly JIRA dashboard updates to ensure program transparency for Project Sponsor and key stakeholders
Weekly meetings with team members to ensure adequate tracking of resource requests from project stakeholder and team leads, including staffing and contract statuses Requirements:
10+ years proven Program Management experience
Bachelor?s degree, Master?s desired but not required
Highly quantitative and detail oriented with the ability to make sound strategic business decisions * Experience with the Healthcare Industry desired
