Account Executive/Community Liason Job Opening in Wichita, Kansas - As the Community Liaison at (Home Health & Hospice of Kansas) HHK, you must be client focused, provide top notch customer experience, have a persistent mentality, and be confident to get in front of people and speak persuasively. You must also have excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and be able to consistently deliver on commitments made to customers.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute territory business plans, education of HHK into the Community
Accurately complete daily reports through use of a CRM and be compliant with regulatory and company guidelines
Position manages assigned territory by utilizing sales plans, promotional material, in-services and other company resources in an efficient manner
Responsibilities include developing new prospects, establishing referral sources, meeting all administrative requirements
Promoting HHK by making sales presentations to key referral sources resulting in increased demand for HHK Health Services
Develops and manages budgetary process which complies with generally accepted accounting principles
Assures Compliance for regulations
Assures agency provider group operations comply with applicable local, state or federal licensing/ certification requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related fields
Knowledge of Market and/or Community desired
Prior Marketing and Sales in Healthcare Service based Industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Demonstration of Networking abilities
The ability to set priorities and have independent judgment in a high-volume environment is essential to fulfilling the requirements of this position
