Currently we have a client that is in need of an experienced Physician (Profee) Coding Manager in Memphis, TN on a Direct Hire - Full Time basis.

Job Description:
The Coding Manager is responsible for team and workflow management of the coding team and accurate coding of coding services from medical record documentation for Physician Services. Team and work flow management are some important aspects of this role.
Requirements:
Credentials: CPC, COC, CPC, RHIT, RHIA, or CCS-P
Minimum 2 Years of Coding Management experience and 3 Years of coding experience
Ability to work Onsite in Memphis, TN and oversee 10-12 Coders
Full Time, Direct Hire Role
Must be ICD-10 trained
Physician Based Coding and management experience in a Physician Setting
Relocation Assistance Available for the ideal candidate
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations related to Coding, Charge Entry and Insurance Verification to achieve established productivity goals.
Effectively monitors, supervises, audits and Mentors staff to ensure exceptional performance and coding compliance.
Provides input regarding policy systems, methods and procedures for the effective management and control of Coding.
Demonstrates ability to maintain positive relationships and courteous interactions with hospital staff, medical staff, and the public.
Ability to fill in for the Director of HIM at any time.
