Madison Regional Sales Manager Job Opening in Madison, Wisconsin - *Generating and soliciting leads in multiple segments. Group, Corporate, SMERF, Tour and Travel for multiple hotels.
* Soliciting, booking, and aggressively increasing room revenues for the hotel to meet the several hotel revenue objectives.
* Developing and implementing the sales/marketing plan for the Region.
* The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that sales goals are met and exceeded consistently.
*Coordinating monthly Sales/GM meetings to discuss Revenue/Marketing Strategies.
* Other responsibilities include building solid business relationships with local businesses and being creative in finding new ways of attracting and retaining groups while maximizing the profitability and generating revenue.
