Description:
Swift Systems, Inc., an expanding Maryland Managed Service Provider, is seeking an IT Services Sales Executive to generate and develop business opportunities through new client relationships. We specialize in a wide range of services, including tailored managed IT services and solutions for mid-market businesses including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Services Providers and Non-Profit Organizations. Responsibilities:
**Increase sales, by forging strong relationships with key customers, proactively developing new business contacts, and understanding customer requirements
**Successfully complete weekly 'hunting' activities (telemarketing, appointments, networking events) and call cycles
**Develop strategies and plans to deliver sales revenue and profit margin requirements
**Monitor and analyze market and customer activity to provide information for long-term planning and business expansion
**Determine new market sectors and identify new business opportunities that will deliver sales growth
**Ensure Swift Systems, Inc.?s capability is actively promoted, and reputation and professional image are represented to the highest standard
Skill requirements:
**Solid B2B experience in Managed IT Services.
**Proven record of success in a business with solid selling skills
**Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
**Effective relationship builder
**Ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively
**Savvy with systems such as a CRM, as well as MS Outlook for appointment setting
**Leadership characteristics with strong accountability and initiative
**High level of analytical/problem solving skills
**High level of accuracy and attention to detail
**Keen interest in IT
Required education:
**Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR two years of proven experience in an IT sales role.
Salary:
Base Range: $59,500 - $77,600
On Track Earnings: $100-150K - No Caps
