Seeking candidates that have business and product involvement as well as implementation experience.
An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience. This role will be working with Software Development projects, leading the team through all stages of software development.
Qualifications
-Experience working on projects in an enterprise environment
-Must have strong written and oral communication skills, will be working with several internally facing teams as well as technical teams.
-Familiarity with managing and directing project work of resources.
-Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience.
Job Details:
-Will be helping to build the resource team
-Projects will involve enhancements to an online banking system that is integrated to multiple cores/backend legacy systems
-Oversight to manage 3 to 5 complex projects
-Resources will report directly to the manager but this PM will have significant time with resources and needs to communicate well
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with Java, Oracle DB
-Financial industry experience
-PMP or working to achieve the PMP
