Bookkeeper-Construction Job Opening in Orange, California - Job Position:
We are seeking a full time Accounting person to assist the construction accounting department for 40 hours per week during business hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Position Requirements:
- Construction accounting experience ? minimum 5 years
- Job cost knowledge
- Accounts Receivable & Payables experience
- Owner & vendor releases experience
- Construction software experience
- Timberline & QuickBooks proficiency preferred
- Must be a High School graduate
Shared Duties (including but not limited to):
- AIA Billings
- T&M Change Order preparation
- Collecting & managing releases
- Union Reports
- Accounts Receivable collections & reporting
- Intercompany transaction postings
- Bank Reconciliations
- Misc. administrative duties, as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 to $52,000.00 /year
