Sales job - Franchise Business Development Representative Job Opening in Nampa, Idaho - PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This job is located in Nampa, Idaho and no telecommuniting is allowed.
Development of Franchisee Customers within Image National?s targeted franchisee hospitality markets and customer segments. Manage relationships with new franchisee customers that will lead to positive results consistent with expectations and requirements regarding sales growth. Success is measured by consistent sales growth and the satisfaction of individual franchisee?s as well as the parent organizations that they represent. The Franchisee Sales Representative plays a crucial role in the successful set-up and completion of franchisee sales orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Engage in prospecting franchisees on a continuous basis to ensure a consistent flow of new business into Image National?s portfolio and to support future growth requirements.
Identify, assess, and develop contacts with franchisees at the regional and national level within a targeted market or customer segment.
Utilize company resources and competitive advantages to establish value with potential clients.
Lead the quote process from opportunity investigation through order approval and sign off.
Collaborate with the Client Services and Design teams in supporting accounts as needed to maintain existing business and generate new business with franchisee clients.
Research competitive landscape and communicate significant findings to appropriate personnel within Image National.
Act as an extension of the Director of Hospitality as necessary, communicating with the customer, making proposals, performing code checks and landlord approvals, augmenting job plans, purchase requisitions, etc.
Regular travel is required approximately 10%-20% of the time.
Process orders from order generation through order execution including proposals through permitting.
OTHER DUTIES
Maintain a professional and responsible level of interaction with clients, vendors, and other associates.
Establish and maintain relationships with corporate brand managers and Business Development/Sales within the territory assigned.
Engage in meetings, trade shows, and other venues as required or upon request.
Maintain record of contacts, prospect lists for ad hoc reports used in assessing coverage of targeted markets and customer segments.
Provide reporting to management of wins/losses, market pricing knowledge, and overall performance of sales activity.
Manage personal selling budgets and expenses.
Additional duties as required by management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
BBA , BA, BS or compensatory experience. Construction preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS
General office working conditions with some interaction with manufacturing environment
Requires 10%- 20% +/- overnight travel
