We are looking for an Operations Developer Analyst with a proven record of being able to step through the code base, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to fine tune your development skills while learning our code base.

Possess strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
Have ability to read and write software development
Be able to communicate with customers, peers and management
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Think creatively to solve problems

Is able to identify, classify, prioritize and resolve issues
Is self-critical and wants to continually learn from others
Does not see any particular task as being "beneath" him/her and is willing to jump in to help when needed
Has been coding for at least two years
Qualifications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
In depth knowledge of SQL
Strong analytic skills
Experience with developing Web applications in ASP , C#, 4.5, Java
Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of database concepts, error log analysis, and code performance analysis
