Currently, we are seeking a Healthcare IT Account Executive to join our Healthcare Information Technology staffing division in West Palm Beach, FL. Healthcare IT is one of the fastest growing sectors within the healthcare staffing industry and provides excellent growth opportunities.
Job responsibilities include:
Develop new clients by establishing relationships with Hospital Administrator?s, Directors of Information Technology, CIOs, Program Directors, and other top decision makers in the healthcare industry.
Manage staffing process including reviewing and submitting qualified candidates for client?s open jobs; assist with scheduling interviews; negotiating client fees and candidate compensation packages; assist in onboarding selected candidates; and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Job Requirements:
Prior sales and/or business development and/or customer service experience
Prior sales and/or business development experience in the staffing industry would be a plus
Prior IT staffing experience would be a plus
Strong work ethic and ability to make a high volume of phone calls on a daily basis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop a strong network
Demonstrated problem solving skills
