Customer Service Rep (Evenings, Call Center) Job Opening in Oldsmar, Florida - TruPet, LLC, is seeking an excellent Customer Service Rep to work evenings in our expanding Call Center. We are an all-natural pet products company looking for self-motivated individuals interested in growing with our quickly expanding business. Dog lovers are a plus. This is a full-time position and a great opportunity for qualified candidates, with above average pay for the right person. Customer Service experience is required as this is not an entry level position. Responsibilities also include some overflow sales duties.
The right candidates will be dependable, hard working, great at multi-tasking, with positive attitudes and self-motivation. Friendly speaking voices on the phone and general computer proficiency is a must.
We are selective about who we hire as we look for candidates who are the right fit for the long term with the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inbound / outbound call handling, live chats, email support.
- Provide exceptional customer service while educating our consumers on TruPet's current products.
- Respond to every email, online live chat and telephone call in a courteous, professional manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be an excellent multi-tasker.
- Must have a minimum of two years of customer service / call center experience.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal phone etiquette skills.
- Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Word, Office and Excel.
- Strong oral / written communication skills.
- Must be able to type 40 WPM minimum.
- Must be organized, team oriented and professional.
- Dog lovers / owners a plus.
PAY:
Salaried, full-time, with very competitive pay. Healthcare benefits offered.
HOURS:
You must be flexible with hours as we are hiring for a new evening / night shift in our call center. We are starting a swingshift to include customer service coverage from approximately 1 pm until 10 pm. Our office is open Monday through Saturday currently, but we may be open on Sundays in the near future as our business continues to grow.
