Position Summary
The Implementation Analyst is responsible for providing support throughout the entire project lifecycle including all aspects of project implementation, documentation of system requirements, template management and workflow process design, monitoring the progress of the deliverables within the deadlines and budget, and provides training for end users.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts analysis to determine appropriate service requirements for new or existing clients.
Communicates with client to help determine a solution to address the appropriate business requirements.
Participates in project planning efforts to coordinate product configuration or adaptation to meet each client's needs.
Assist with the creation of training materials and provide end user training.
Provide healthcare consulting services in business analysis, workflow processes, and training serving as subject matter expert for the products.
Coordinate and track issues and defects to resolution utilizing ticket management system.
Provide augmentation of client staff for system configuration, build, and design.
Attend project meetings and report status of open defects and issues.
Act as liaison between client services, (on and offshore) and client.
Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues which arise post implementation.
Assist client with enhancement request process.
Ensures successful 'hand-off' to appropriate departments for on-going support following implementation.
Responsible for client invoicing.
Perform other duties as required.

Self-directed individual, with strong organizational skills, who is proactive and creative
Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks.
Bachelor?s degree preferred OR equivalent experience in a related field.
Business analyst (BA) experience (liaison between customer and development staff).
Experience in business and technical requirement gathering helpful.
Strong knowledge of Healthcare Industry.
Technical experience required: EZ-CAP Suite, Crystal Reports, MS Office.
HIPAA EDI transaction, and SQL experience a plus.
Training and implementation experience.
