Accounts Payable Job Opening in Woburn, Massachusetts - Jaton Mgmt is a highly regarded Dunkin? Donuts franchise network operating 17 restaurants throughout Massachusetts. We have owned and operated restaurants throughout Massachusetts since 1989. Our head office is located in Woburn, Massachusetts about 20 minutes north of Boston and just minutes away from I-95 and I-93.
Right now, we are looking to add a dedicated Accounts Payable person to our team as we continue to grow and develop as a network.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent English communication skills, written and oral.
- Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks
- Associate's Degree or higher in Business, Accounting or equivalent in industry work experience preferred
- Acute attention to detail, with persistent follow-through skills
- Ability to learn industry specific software quickly
- Potential to work in a task-driven environment and as a member of the leadership team
- Organizational and proactive problem-solving skills
- Capable of organizing large amounts of paperwork/data for easy access and secure storage
- Absolute adherence to confidentiality of company information
- Display of good judgment, resourcefulness, tact, and diplomacy
- Capacity to multitask, solve complex problems, and model the company's core values and culture
