Financial Advisor Apprentice Job Opening in Lawrence, Kansas - We are a small comprehensive financial services firm located in Lawrence, KS and are seeking an individual with a background in either finance, accounting, taxes, banking, insurance or asset management with a strong interest and desire to learn and establish a career in financial planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s or advanced degree in accounting, finance, business, or law preferred
Strong work ethic, self motivation and problem solving skills
Be very detail oriented and accurate
Possess an excellent memory
Be able to work independently and under direct supervision
Good communication and people skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision, work with established clients to develop and implement their financial plans in the areas of: tax, investments, estate planning, cash flow, retirement, insurance, and more
Collaberatively work with staff to provide highest quality of customer service to clients
Project-based responsibilities as assigned
Obtain necessary securities licenses, insurance licenses and credentials
This position does not involve any sales activities
