The responsibilities for this role include the implementation, and support of Extron software system products. This will include customer interaction to determine business and technical requirements of a project, creation of technical documentation, and the involvement in deployment and support of software solutions.
Qualified Candidates will have:
BA/BS degree in EE, CE, CS or IT
Strong experience with web development technologies (Java, JavaScript, Python, Perl, Ruby, etc)
Excellent understanding of Internet technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, etc)
Experience with Agile software development
Experience with integrating APIs
Experience with RESTFUL services
Familiarity with XML and JSON
Strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting expertise
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
Some travel required
