Field2Base is seeking to hire multiple Technical Implementation Specialists in our Morrisville, NC location due to fast growth. The Technical Implementation Specialists will guide customers through the implementation of standard and customized product solutions and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent delivery of services, including training and technical solutions. Experience with Javascript and/or SQL is required.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate customer needs/requirements, develop code and configurations that support business processes, plan and execute on delivery and implementation plans, and test and troubleshoot final solution.
Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
Develop project schedules and ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
Provide project management guidance during implementations.
Contribute to Product Road Map planning.
Create appropriate guides to facilitate process effectiveness and efficiency.
Establish and maintain customer relationships through as needed meetings and reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Bachelor?s degree in computer science or a related field. 2 years of software consulting or implementation experience.
Knowledge
Strong knowledge of Android, iOS, Windows operating systems. Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle.
Skills
Strong JavaScript, XML, and SQL skills. Good technical writing skills. Great organizational skills. Strong prioritization and time management skills. Strong troubleshooting and resolution skills in a technical environment. Good communication skills to communicate internally and externally. Good presentation skills. Strong collaboration, analytical, and planning skills, with solid understanding of professional best practices. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Abilities
