JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective The Lead Generator position is responsible for corresponding via phone and email with prospective clients previously identified and researched. Lead Generators will maintain these prospects within the SalesForce online database and are responsible for entering notes for every event performed including calls, voicemails, and emails.

Make a minimum of 120 outbound calls to prospects.
Introduce our company, our purpose for the call, and transfer the call to an Account Executive
Introduce the Account Executive and prospect mutually at the onset of the transfer as well as the purpose for the call.
Compose notes for every event within SalesForce.
Schedule the next event for the prospect until a minimum of three attempts have been made.
Communicate electronically with prospects when possible.
Attend regularly schedules staff meetings.
Build relationships with prospects
Be the first line of contact between the client and PVS by projecting a polite and professional image

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, computer software, internet, computer monitors, phones, photocopiers, postage machines, and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Last minute overtime, sometimes with little to no notice, could be required when necessary to meet internal and external deadlines.
