Medical Office Receptionist Job Opening in Mesa, Arizona - Integrated Pain Consultants is in search of a receptionist for our Mesa office pain management clinic. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, have pain management experience, possess excellent organizational skills, have a high level of compassion and be able to use critical thinking skills to resolve work tasks and issues. We need someone who is able to answer phone calls daily and to address patient concerns. I need someone who can help to answer and triage medical assistant phone call questions
Required:
-Experience in the medical office setting
-Strong customer service skills
-Strong computer skills - Word and Excel experience is a huge plus!
-Insurance eligibility experience
-Knowledge of co-payment and coinsurance verification
-Available Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
eClinicalWorks EMR experience is a plus!
Bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus!
This is a full time position
