AP Invoice Entry
Process invoices according to terms, conditions and special payment programs
Manage vendor relationships
Perform accounts payable data entry accurately
Prepare credit memos
Adept with medium to large inventory
Review and reconcile vendor statements
Research and resolve pricing discrepancies.
Research and resolve receiving discrepancies with the warehouse receiving and inventory control departments
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Passionate about providing outrageous customer service
Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience preferred
2 years accounting software experience preferred
Ability to type 50 words per minute
Ability to produce accurate work efficiently
MS Suite experience required
