Chief Financial Officer Job Opening in Hinesville, Georgia - The Chief Financial Officer of Diversity Health Center, Inc. coordinates and performs those fiscal activities that insure the essential financial viability of the Center using a system of internal controls and policies established by the Board of Directors. This position consists of a wide range of responsibilities that deal with management of the fiscal staff and their offices so as to accomplish all the duties of the fiscal department; keeps the CEO informed of the fiscal condition of the Corporation; prepares financial reports essential to good fiscal management of the Corporation; coordinates with Senior Management Team and others regarding financial activities for Corporation programs; coordinates internal and external audit needs and insures the proper performance of each; maintains proper records of all financial transactions of the Corporation; responsible to Chief Executive Officer for obtaining all insurances carried by the Center for its employees and Board.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master?s Degree or Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or in related field with documentation of substantial accounting training and experience; CPA preferred. Five years of fiscal experience for a health care organization, preferably either a community based or non-profit organization.
