Our Company is extremely well known with a proven product. As a company we are experiencing tremendous growth and are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic Inside Sales Rep. We are looking for a motivated individual to make 200 warm calls a day, reset aged leads and sell small jobs over the phone.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent phone and computer skills.
Daily requirements will include researching qualified leads, "warm" calls, data entry, reporting and communicating with management
Previous experience initiating contact via phone and email
The ideal sales rep will be experienced in making 200 calls a day
Manage book of business
High pressure deadlines and must be a team player.
Be highly motivated, organized and professional.
Have excellent organizational skills and pay close attention to details
Have a friendly, personable character with a professional attitude, appearance and presentation
Be self-motivated and able to work without micromanagement
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in Windows and Doors industry is a strong advantage. However, company will train the right candidate.
