We are a start-up tax and accounting company with a small team of smart people who like working hard and having fun. We are virtual accountants who work from anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities:
The Direct Sales Team is helping customers across the Americas to handle bookkeeping and income tax needs. The Sales Consultant is in charge of the commercial part of the sales cycle: analyzing the customer's needs, providing our services, and presenting the best suited implementation program. The Sales Consultant works closely with our Accountants: insuring new customer contracts and easy transition.
Get in contact with potential customers who have shown interest in Summerville & Associates inbound and outbound leads (calls, e-mails, product demos, and webinars).
Understand and improve how customers work today.
How do they interact with their customers, what is their billing process, what are the key logistics flows, and how Summerville & Associates will help them to be more efficient.
Establish a tailored implementation packages and negotiate its content with the customer.
Coordinate with the team of functional consultants who will deliver the implementation.
Follow up with customers to build a long term relationship with them.
Our Sales Consultants are in contact with a large diverse pool of customers in many regions covering different industries.
Your Profile
Must Have
Between 1 and 5 years experience in inside sales.
We also hire entry level candidates directly out of college.
You have at least a high school diploma or equivalent by experience.
You are an excellent communicator, you like to negotiate and to achieve targets.
Nice to Have:

Compensation and Perks:

Full-time position with an attractive salary, range on target (base + commission) $25K - $50K based on experience.
