Regional Sales Manager Job Opening in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin - Position Summary:
If you?re passionate about hitting sales goal numbers and working with people in a variety of environments, you might be a perfect match for our Regional Sales Manager position. We?re looking for an ambitious professional with a proven track record in the market of specialized keyboards (input devices for desktops) to join our team. Your job would be to visit the Eastern regions and manage the overall sales goals, accomplishments and strategies.
Responsibilities:
Promote our product lines by coordinating with sales manager
Generates leads and prospects new business as well as creates new service opportunities with existing clients
Utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of Cherry?s products and services
Create sales goals for the Eastern region and communicate them to sales manager
Evaluate metrics on specific product lines and instruct supply chain to adjust inventory appropriately
Listen to clients and determine their needs specific to usage of products
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit your findings and analysis to the sales manager
Serve as the point of contact with vendors, distributors in your region
Inform sales manager of any discrepancies or issues with sales team goals and results
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree in, Sales, Marketing, or related field
10+ years of experience with sales and/or marketing of Point of Sale (POS) devices, computer input devices, or industrial solution technology through reseller channels, system integrators, or end users of accounts
Proven project and time management abilities
Broad knowledge of a discipline, such as product engineering, regional sales, distribution chains, or inside sales and customer service initiatives
Solid problem solving and analytical skills with ability to write strategic plans
Ability to work in an intercultural environment with international colleagues
Ability to influence and engage personnel and management at multiple levels within internal and external organizations
English language competency ? both oral and written
Superior interpersonal, communications and listening skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
German and/or Spanish language skills
Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel approximately 90% of the time

Salary: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
