Administrative Assistant - Healthcare Job Opening in Bozeman, Montana - Flu season is upon us. Maxim Healthcare partners with employers and facilities throughout the state of Montana. We are seeking a seasonal employee to work in multiple areas in Montana.
An ideal candidate will have reliable transportation and great customer service skills. A background in healthcare is preferred, but not required.
This position has two main seasons ranging from late August ? December and again from January ? June. Responsibilities include helping setup and cleanup the clinic site, understanding insurance types, assisting patients with paperwork and questions, and general customer service.
Pay is $12.50/hr and we reimburse for mileage for all travel assignments. Maxim also covers the cost of a hotel if required.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or GED required
? Associate?s degree (A.A.) or equivalent form two year college or technical school or six months to one year related Administrative Assistant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
? Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
? Ability to establish and maintain positive professional business relationships with the branch level leadership and office staff.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Experience with Microsoft office required.
