PROPERTY SUPERINTENDANT Job Opening in los angeles, California - PROPERTY SUPERINTENDANT PROPERTY SUPERINTENDANT Beverly Hills location as an immediate opening for a Full Time On-site Superintendant. With a written agreement the position will be offered at a rent reduction (half) plus 36k Annual Salary and commissions. We are a Property Management company located in Beverly Hills currently seeking an On-site Management Team for 19 units community. Experience is preferred and the ability to handle the following duties; Duties included but not limited to: Collecting Rents and Lease Units. Able to work Tuesday to Saturday. Tenant relations and serving notices. Practicing and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. Available to attend training classes provided by Management and Fair Housing. Enforce all property rules & regulations, ability to follow directions. Keeping the premises clean. Other duties may apply as needed. Handyman and general maintenance knowledge a plus.
