Responsibilities for the analyst role include:
Coordinating the organization-wide budgeting process
Responsible for benchmarking and reporting productivity organization-wide
Maintains Benchmarking system
Decision support
Quantitative financial analyses
Prepares monthly financial statements
Lead for external audit
Analytical support to administration and management
Maintain departmental budget and financial performance systems
Assists Director in evaluating financial data
Assists in providing team oversight
Reviews journal entries and account reconciliations
Participates in process improvement projects
Skills Required:
Work under minimal supervision
Requires bachelor?s degree with 5+ years of experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to meet deadlines
