Position Description:
The role will assist both the CFO and COO with a wide range of duties. The tasks require data entry, tracking processes and forms, quality control, coordination, and general administrative roles. The ideal candidate excels at follow thru, meeting deadlines, task completion, accuracy, attention to detail, monitoring their own work for quality, and strong organizational skills. Additionally they must be technologically savvy and comfortable using a variety of software. Preference will be given to applicants with Accounting or Banking experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Able to clear a criminal record check
· Valid driver?s license with no loss of license in 2 years
· Associates or Bachelor?s Degree
· Previous experience in Accounting, Banking or Data Entry
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer
· Experience with an Accounting Software
